SOLID GRAPHICS SolidKit Library 4.0 Software License Agreement

IMPORTANT:  This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you,
either an individual or a single entity, and Solid Graphics company
for the SolidKit Library software product accompanying this License
Agreement.

By installing and using the SolidKit Library software (SOFTWARE PRODUCT),
you agree to all of the terms of this Agreement. Do not use or install
this software until you have carefully read and agreed to the following
terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement,
you must destroy all your copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.


1.  GRANT OF LICENSE

This License Agreement grants you the following rights:
a)  Solid Graphics grants to you as an individual, a personal,
    nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make and install and use
    copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on an unlimited number of computers
    for the sole purpose of developing, testing, and using your software
    product(s), provided that you are the only individual using the
    SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
    If you are an entity, Solid Graphics grants to you nontransferable,
    nonexclusive license to use and make copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT
    for individuals within your entity, provided that you acquired
    separate and valid license for each such individual.
b)  Solely with respect to electronic documents included with the SOFTWARE
    PRODUCT, you may make an unlimited number of copies (either in 
    hardcopy or electronic form), provided that such copies shall be used
    only for by you and are not republished or distributed to any third
    party.
c)  You may use and modify the source code text files delivered with the
    SOFTWARE PRODUCT for the purposes stated in the Section 1(a) of this
    License Agreement.


2.  LIMITATIONS

a)  You may not use, copy, modify, sell or transfer any part of the
    SOFTWARE PRODUCT except as provided in this License Agreement.
b)  You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the
    SOFTWARE PRODUCT binary components (LIB, DLL and EXE files).


3.  COPYRIGHT

All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not
limited to any images and text incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT),
and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Solid Graphics or its
suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and
international treaty provisions.


4.  TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE

Solid Graphics may terminate this license at any time if you are in breach
of the terms of this License Agreement. Upon termination, you must
immediately destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.


5.  REDISTRIBUTABLE COMPONENTS

In addition to the license granted in Section 1, Solid Graphics grants you
a nonexclusive, royalty-free right to link the SOFTWARE PRODUCT's LIB files
content into your software applications and distribute such your software
applications to your end users, provided that:
a)  your software application product adds significant and primary
    functionality.
b)  you, or your clients, or your associates do not distribute such your
    software application(s) to more than 1000 individual end users (please
    contact Solid Graphics to obtain a separate license if you need to
    distribute such your application to more users)
c)  you do not permit further linking of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT into any
    other software product by your end users
d)  you do not permit disassembling of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT by your end
    users
e)  indemnify, hold harmless, and defend Solid Graphics from and against
    any claims or lawsuits, including attorney's fees, that arise or
    result from the use or distribution of your software application
    product
f)  you do not use Solid Graphics name, logo, or trademarks to market your
    software application product

LIMITED WARRANTY. Solid Graphics warrants that the SOFTWARE PRODUCT will
perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying written materials
and will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
and service for a period of ninety (90) days from the date of receipt. Some
states do not allow limitations on the duration of an implied warranty, so the
above limitations may not apply to you.

CUSTOMER REMEDIES. Solid Graphics' entire liability and your exclusive
remedy shall be, at Solid Graphics's option, either (a) return of 90% of
amount paid for the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (10% is our charge for handling the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT delivery and the cost of handling of your claim) or (b) repair
or replacement of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT that does not meet Solid Graphics'
Limited Warranty and that is returned to Solid Graphics with a copy of your
receipt. This Limited Warranty is void if failure of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT has
resulted from accident, abuse or misapplication. Any replacement Software will
be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30)
days, whichever is longer.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law,
Solid Graphics and its suppliers disclaim all other warranties, either
express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of
merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, with regard to the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted
by applicable law, Solid Graphics and its suppliers disclaim any damages
whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business
profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other
pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, even if Solid Graphics has been advised of the possibility of
such damages.
