SOLID GRAPHICS Software License Agreement for SolidKit Library 4.0 for students
IMPORTANT: This License Agreement is a legal agreement between you as an
individual and Solid Graphics company for the "SolidKit Library for students"
software product accompanying this License Agreement.
By installing and using the SolidKit Library for students software (SOFTWARE
PRODUCT), you agree to all of the terms of this Agreement. Do not use or
install this software until you have carefully read and agreed to the following
terms and conditions. If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement,
you must destroy all your copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.
The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and international
copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property laws and
treaties. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is licensed, not sold.
1. GRANT OF LICENSE
This License Agreement grants you the following rights:
a) Solid Graphics grants to you as an individual, a personal,
nontransferable, nonexclusive license to make, install and use
copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT on an unlimited number of computers
for the sole purpose of developing, testing, and using your software
product(s), provided that you are the only individual using the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT, and that you don't further distribute your software
products linked statically or dynamically with the SolidKit Library
to any person or entity.
b) Solely with respect to electronic documents included with the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, you may make an unlimited number of copies (either in
hardcopy or electronic form), provided that such copies shall be used
only for by you and are not republished or distributed to any third
party.
c) You may use and modify the source code text files delivered with the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT for the purposes stated in the Section 1(a) of this
License Agreement.
2. LIMITATIONS
a) You may not use, copy, modify, sell or transfer any part of the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT except as provided in this License Agreement.
b) You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or modify the
SOFTWARE PRODUCT binary components (LIB, DLL and EXE files).
3. COPYRIGHT
All title and copyrights in and to the SOFTWARE PRODUCT (including but not
limited to any images and text incorporated into the SOFTWARE PRODUCT),
and any copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT are owned by Solid Graphics or its
suppliers. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is protected by copyright laws and
international treaty provisions.
4. TERMINATION OF THIS LICENSE
Solid Graphics may terminate this license at any time if you are in breach
of the terms of this License Agreement. Upon termination, you must
immediately destroy all copies of the SOFTWARE PRODUCT.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY. The SOFTWARE PRODUCT is provided "as is" and
without warranty of any kind, express, statutory, implied or otherwise,
including without limitation any warranty of merchantability, fitness for
a particular purpose.
NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. To the maximum extent permitted
by applicable law, Solid Graphics and its suppliers disclaim any damages
whatsoever (including, but not limited to, damages for loss of business
profits, business interruption, loss of business information, or other
pecuniary loss) arising out of the use or inability to use the SOFTWARE
PRODUCT, even if Solid Graphics has been advised of the possibility of
such damages.
